Why Adventure CrossFit was started.
We all started CrossFit for different reasons and as our lives have grown and changed, CrossFit is exactly what each of us still need. Simply put, you don’t outgrow CrossFit. CrossFit is meant to grow with you and grow you into the healthiest version of you.
What is our mission?
We aim to improve each member’s ability to live, train, play sports, have fun, and be fit for as long as possible by focusing on each member’s unique needs and providing the coaching, direction, and support needed to achieve their goals.
We will empower a supportive, growth-minded community by offering a family-friendly environment, organizing community events, eliciting feedback from members, and by treating our members with care, respect, and encouragement.
We promise to provide high-quality coaching by giving our coaches the best education possible, ensuring that all coaches practice our core values, and by listening to our members.

Each of our member’s needs and desires are different. Ways to safely and efficiently improve fitness are constantly evolving. We vow to endlessly pursue knowledge and new ways to positively impact our members while applying innovative ways to address each member’s needs. Consistency is key. We encourage our members to be consistent in their attendance, their technique, and their effort. We find that consistency in these aspects ensure results and a significant improvement in each individual’s fitness and health. As we encourage consistency for our members, we EXPECT consistency from our staff and our coaches. Consistency in coaching, core fundamentals of CrossFit, presence and attitude, and care for our members.
